About Me

Rachel Campbell is the founder of Sacred Naturopathy and an ANTA accredited Naturopath.

At the age of thirteen, she experienced a massive change in her health which is where her journey began. Over the course of the next 10 years, she battled with Chronic Fatigue, Glandular Fever, Ross River Fever, depression, anxiety and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) but overcame these illnesses with the help of natural medicine.

It was through these illnesses that Rachel found her passion for natural health.

"I started to tune into myself and listen to my body and what I needed. I started tapping back into nature and learning from her. From a young age, I have known that my calling in life was to help people and this passion lead me to study a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Endeavour College of Natural Health. I have never looked back."

You will find Rachel to be completely open about any and all of her health experiences as she believes that by sharing experiences and what we’ve learnt from them, that others in similar positions may not feel so alone and that it might provide a bit of hope.

"I strongly believe in educating and empowering people, no matter where they are in their healing journey, to enable them to take control of their health and become the best versions of themselves that they can. As a Naturopath, I work with people to find the true cause of disease whether it be mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental or physical. I use diet and lifestyle advice along with nutritional and herbal supplements to support clients throughout their healing journey."

Outside of work, Rachel absolutely loves plants so naturally, she's on a never-ending mission to fill her house. She also thoroughly enjoys connecting with nature whether that is in the form of hiking outdoors on the weekends or pottering in her little veggie patch and figuring out how to win the war with those pesky caterpillars!

"I believe that life is all about balance, looking after your body is so important but so is letting loose and having a bit of fun. My goal with clients is to find a middle ground where they are achieving their health goals and able to live the life they want."

Rachel encourages you to get in touch with any questions you may have and looks forward to connecting with you soon...
